As I approach the end of my Cadette journey in Girl Scouts, I'm diving headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship with my very own business. I learned how to make custom stickers and glass tumblers, and decided that’s what I want to specialize in, and sell. While choosing a name was definitely not the easiest thing in the world, I wanted one that reflected my passion for animals and oceans, so "PrimeTides Shop" felt like the perfect fit. Naming my business was the first hurdle, but I wanted something that not only resonated with me but also caught people's attention.

The journey from idea to market has been both exciting and challenging. I've been immersing myself in learning everything from business planning to marketing strategies and shipping logistics. Each step has been a learning experience, and I've embraced it with determination and enthusiasm, knowing that every lesson brings me closer to my goal.

In addition to mastering the business fundamentals, I've been exploring different ways to promote my business and connect with potential customers. Creating social media accounts to showcase my products has been one avenue, and I'm also considering opening a P.O. box to streamline order shipments and inquiries.

Through this journey, I'm not just building a business; I'm also building valuable skills and confidence in myself as a leader and entrepreneur. The Girl Scouts organization has provided me with the support and resources to pursue my dreams, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to turn my passion into a thriving venture. As I continue to navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, I know that each challenge is an opportunity for growth, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
